Debbie has been helping clients successfully buy and sell homes in Northern Virginia for over 30 years. During that time she has helped her clients navigate a wide variety of challenging issues and market conditions. A native of Northern Virginia, Debbie and her family have lived in Ashburn for close to 20 years. In addition to spending time with her family, Debbie loves to bake, travel, learn about wine and visit wineries. She also enjoys photography as a way to capture and celebrate family memories. Debbie supports two children’s charities, which hold a special place in her heart: Children’s Miracle Network, which funds children’s hospitals throughout the U.S. and Smile Train, which provides cleft palate surgeries for impoverished children worldwide.

Alexandra Wicker is no stranger to real estate and exceptional customer service. As you can imagine, she grew up living and breathing real estate as a member of the Wicker household. However, she developed her own professional reputation as a top sales associate with Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) and Nordstrom's for many years.
As a result, she has 2 passions - real estate and fashion. What unites these two divergent worlds is an unwavering commitment to understanding the needs and wants of her clients and helping them achieve their dreams. Alexandra also brings an exceptionally strong work ethic and excellent communication skills to real estate.
When she is not working, Alexandra loves to spend time with her family and friends. She is also a generous supporter of several organizations which serve individuals and families in need, namely Smile Train, Heifer International and Children's Miracle Network.

Having worked for many years as a paralegal before getting into real estate, no one is better qualified to successfully guide you through the process.
Born and raised in Loudoun County on a farm, she grew up riding and competing in horse shows, headed to law school and got a summer internship in 1991 and spent 10 years in Cairo, Egypt. She is a mother to three corgis and a quarter horse named Cricket.

As the Managing Business Partner for Wicker Homes, Tad Wicker is a pivotal member of the team. He brings over 17 years of senior level management consulting experience to the leadership of Wicker Homes. Prior to joining the team, Tad was with PricewaterhouseCoopers for almost 10 years, serving in a variety of leadership positions in the U.S. and globally. His consulting clients have included Fortune 500 companies and federal agencies, such as Nortel Networks, MedImmune, The National Institutes of Health (NIH), the U.S. Army, the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Tad is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Wicker Homes, including systems, staffing, office procedures, marketing, contractor management, financial management and new initiatives. This enables the rest of the team to put their experience and expertise to work focusing exclusively on our clients.
LORI PINEAULT | CUSTOMER CARE COORDINATOR
As the most recent addition to the Wicker Homes Group, Lori Pineault is new to the team, but she is not new to real estate. For the past 5 years, Lori has served as the Client Care Coordinator for Keller Williams Realty Dulles and, more recently, Pearson Smith Realty. Serving in these roles, she was instrumental in helping these brokerages grow and attract some of the best real estate agents in the area.
As a matter of fact, Lori played a critical role in bringing the Wicker Homes Group to Keller Williams in 2016. During that time she developed a strong working relationship with Debbie and Tad Wicker. Now, that relationship has come full circle. We are delighted to welcome Lori to the team and know she will continue to provide thoughtful, caring, and exceptional service to our clients.
Prior to real estate, Lori background is in elementary education where she taught several grades; her last one being English Language Learners Kindergarten. She is a graduate of Adelphi University and the College of William and Mary.
Originally a New Yorker, Lori has lived in Virginia for almost 20 years. She has one daughter who is a freshman at The University of Arizona.
